Becca Gill | Studio Resident

Becca Gill works as an independent director and producer creating multi-disciplinary arts events. Her main areas of focus include site responsive performance, physical/visual theatre, new writing, and performance/live art. Since graduating from Central School of Speech and Drama in 2002, she has assistant directed performances at National Theatre and Soho Theatre; founded London based FERVENT Theatre Company, with whom she created image, sound, sculpture, site, physical, text/specific work and developed 2nd Birthday, who create site responsive art works in disused spaces including shops, beach huts and an old car showroom.

Becca has most recently directed a South West tour of Paradise, produced by Salt Factory and written by Nell Leyshon.
