Erik Geelhoed (1950) studied psychology at the University of Amsterdam and worked in research at the Universities of Plymouth, Birmingham and Bristol before joining Hewlett-Packard Laboratories in 1992. I have has a strong interest in applying sound psychological method and sound statistical technique, and have undertaken a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative studies including field trials, controlled laboratory experiments, large scale surveys and in-depth interview studies. The areas I have worked in are: Mobile appliances mediated communication, multi media and lifestyle research.
